I had just driven in from Dallas to Oklahoma City and decided to stop at Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy. For some reason, I always have to go to the bathroom right before ordering Stromectol (Ivermectin). Unfortunately, they didn’t have a public restroom which is not mandatory, but it definitely lost them my dollars.
Calaveras Pharmacy is the fastest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Diane and Amina are the nicest ladies I’ve ever met at a pharmacy. Everyone is nice their though. They remember their customers most by name. I can drop off a script and wait 15 minutes to pick it up. You will NEVER get that kind of fast, friendly service from Walmart or CVS PERIOD.
Absolutely Horrible customer service! I was actually told by the manager that their pharmacy app doesn’t renew your Stromectol prescription but places it in a holding status, and you have to call or go into the store to get it renewed. The date & time the app gives you is meaningless. Try using the drive-thru even if it says open, they made me come into the store because that certain register wasn’t working, and the tech was unable to use the other register unless I came into the store. So basically, everything they offer for easy use & pickup is bogus. Talking to the manager does not help. Per Melissa, “We are just too busy. You have to call or come in.
I’ve been using this Valley Health Center Milpitas since it opened and have always had good experiences with it. I get text notifications to let me know when my Stromectol prescriptions are ready, so I never show up too early. The one caution I would give is that it can get very busy during peak hours, and then waiting at those times can be rather long.
My God where to start. Mine and my finances first pregnancy would never fill her prescriptions like they were supposed to, so we had to for the next 7 months carefully plan when to check her blood sugar. ( it does not get better btw) now somehow, month after month, they never have her diabetic test strips in full so now they messed up how insurance is covering her test strips. So now we have got to be even more careful. So we let them know we are going to switch pharmacies. Here is the response from an actual worker. “We don’t care. One person leaving isn’t going to make us go out of business” never again will I ever step foot in that store.
Just switched here from Walgreens to buy Stromectol online. It was amazing! I think I’ve waited longer in the line at Walgreens to pick up Stromectol than it took them to refill my meds at Walgreens. I literally barely got done the road to run a few errands when I got the text to pick up my Rx. So fast, friendly, and Stromectol actually cheaper than Walgreens.
The manager of the cosmetic counter at Safeway has got to go. Entirely bad attitude and just an overall bad attitude. Asking a simple question about a moisturizer will get you a scowl, and an eye roll followed by the answer of I don’t know. You’d think that the manager of cosmetics would know some basic skincare needs. It’s not an isolated incident either. Unfortunately, it has happened on multiple occasions. I no longer buy Stromectol or any make-up or skincare from that store. I will order online or shop somewhere else. It’s too bad as well because they’ve got a great selection of both skincare and make-up at all different price points.
